Founded in 2003 as Portis Kountry Kitchen by Dr. Maurice G. Portis, PKK grew from a downtown hidden gem into a beloved Southern food tradition. Today Joseph and Katina Stith carry that legacy forward at 213 South Chaparral Street.

Our table is rooted in faith, perseverance, community, and the belief that no one should ever go hungry.
